1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and they accept these terms for you.

2. Your account

Playing needs an account, created with Apple, Google, Facebook or an email code. Keep access to your sign-in method safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account: don’t share, sell or transfer accounts. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account.

3. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pinpoint Arcade for your own entertainment. You agree not to:

• cheat, including using bots, scripts, look-up tools or multiple accounts to gain an advantage in dailies, leagues, Arena, duels or live rooms;
• exploit bugs, or interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the app or our servers;
• copy, scrape or resell the game’s content, such as places, puzzles or artwork;
• use the app in a way that breaks the law or the rules of Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

4. Names, photos and conduct

Your display name and profile photo are visible to other players. They must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else or infringe anyone’s rights. Be respectful to other players. We may change a name or remove a photo that breaks these rules. You keep the rights to the photo you upload and let us show it inside Pinpoint Arcade while your account exists.

5. Free play and Pinpoint+

Pinpoint World and its daily game are free. Pinpoint+ is an optional subscription that unlocks the other games and extra features, as described in the app. The features included may change over time as we add and improve games.

6. Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Pinpoint+ is sold through Apple’s App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, including taxes where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Pinpoint+ stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Where EU consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you agree that Pinpoint+ starts immediately when you buy it, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has started.
• Friend invites can give a free month of Pinpoint+ as described in the app. Promotions have no cash value.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its games, places, maps, artwork, Pip, music, names and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights to them except the right to use the app. Map data is provided by Mapbox and OpenStreetMap contributors under their own terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, or reset scores, if it breaks these terms, for example by cheating or abusive behaviour. Where reasonable we will tell you why. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to the app and these terms

Pinpoint Arcade is a live game: we add, change and sometimes remove games and features. We may update these terms; for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.

10. Liability

We work hard to keep Pinpoint Arcade running, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Romania, but if you are a consumer you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protections of the consumer law of your country. You can also use the EU’s consumer redress platform.
