Delete your account

You can delete your Pinpoint Arcade account, made by Tribus Technologies SRL, at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

1. Open Pinpoint Arcade and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@pinpointarcade.com from the address you sign in with (or tell us your display name and how you sign in: Apple, Google, Facebook or email). We confirm and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in identifiers, email, display name and profile photo
• Every game, score, streak, level, rank, badge and Pip outfit recorded under it
• Your friends list, duels, blocks and push tokens

Crash reports and usage statistics, which carry only your account id, expire within 90 days. Deleting the account does not cancel a Pinpoint+ subscription: cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings. More in the Privacy Policy.
